The Crypto Bubbles Guide editors read every message sent to contact@cryptobubbles.app. We usually reply within 3 business days; in busy weeks it can take up to seven.
What we are glad to help with
- Corrections. Spotted an error in one of the guides? Send the link and a short description — we check it, fix it, and note substantial corrections in the article itself.
- Partnerships. We read every proposal and reply to the ones that fit our editorial principles — including the rule that commercial content is always labeled.
- Feedback and topic requests. Something missing from our guides to the bubble chart, the market map, or the API? Tell us. Our best articles come from readers' questions.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide technical support for the official Crypto Bubbles app. We did not build it and have no access to its systems, so bugs, accounts, and data issues belong on the official site, cryptobubbles.net. We also give no investment advice: "what should I buy?" emails go unanswered — and that is the answer.
We never ask for seed phrases, passwords, or card details. If you get a message like that "from us," it is phishing — forward it and we will take it apart.
